1. Who we are
This website is operated by Coathaus, a trading name of a sole trader based in Valencia, Spain. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Coathaus.
By using coathaus.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. You may not use our products for anything illegal.
3. Our products
We sell pet grooming and pet care accessories for domestic pets. They are not medical devices and are not meant to diagnose or treat any condition. If your pet has a skin problem, a wound, or a medical condition, talk to your vet before using them.
We have tried hard to show our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colours look exactly the same on your screen as they do in real life.
We may limit quantities, stop selling a product, or refuse an order at our discretion.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and can change without notice.
If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may also refuse orders that look like they were placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent.
Please make sure the details you give us at checkout are accurate — especially your shipping address.
5. Shipping and returns
How and when we ship is set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Reviews and anything you send us
If you leave a review, a photo or a comment, you let us publish and use it in connection with our shop.
What you submit must be your own honest experience, and must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringe anyone else's rights. We remove content that breaks those rules. We do not write, buy or fake reviews.
7. Accuracy of what's on the site
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it always is. Please do not treat it as your only source of information when making a decision.
8. What you may not do
Use the site to break the law, copy our designs, photos or text, upload malware, harvest other people's data, send spam, or interfere with how the site works.
9. Guarantees and liability
We provide the site and our products as they are, except where the law gives you rights we cannot exclude — and in Spain and the EU, it does.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our responsibility for anything arising from your purchase is limited to what you paid for the product. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. If something goes wrong
Email support@coathaus.com first. We would much rather sort it out with you directly than through anyone else.
If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve it, you can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
